If Biden stops the f'ing laughter he'll win this thing handily

The constant laughter is horrible on split screen... it is far too broad, and too constant... like something from a silent movie. He is coming off as something of an asshole... and not in a good way.

Everything else is fine. The substance is fine.

Ryan sucks. He looks like a confused teenager in a suit too big for him.

Dial that exaggerated stage laughter back and we're home free.

He's laughing when he's listening, pissed off when he's talking. That's going to track very, very well.

It reinforces the opinion that a thinking person should have when Ryan opens his mouth.

If he was just laughing and not saying anything, you'd be right.

HOWEVER, he's smacking down Ryan left and right and so I think it actually helps.

If all he had was that great big Joe Biden grin, it would look bad. But he is clearly LOVING kicking Ryan's SORRY ASS.
