He was doing it for us, the little people. That's what made it authentic. He gets pissed off because he really, really, knows who the other side is. I don't think POTUS really gets that yet -- they are 1000 times worse than he even imagines. (that's how I see it) Of course maybe that's for the best. If the Pres. did know clearly how bad they are, he might not be able to get through the day. Dealing with those jerks takes a lot of hardening, and Joe has 40 years' worth.

I'm glad he's VP. He did so well tonight. As well as humanly possible, I'd say.

he meant everything he said, VP Biden was speaking from the heart, as for his counter-part not so much, he was more focus on providing sound bites than what the middle class wants.
