.....that behavior is indicative of someone who is very anxious to the point of being hyper. If you are trying to preserve a relationship and you see that happening, it is a signal that it is time to back off. In this case, of course it was a sign to keep it up and see if it causes your opponent to fatally stumble.

Maybe show a slight lack of interest in your opponent. It's the show. He also had his own version of the Romney Tilt; that head tilt, fake smile when there was an "endearing" moment by the opponent.

very early into the discussion. And stayed on it thereafter.

It happens to most of us when we're nervous and/or anxious. The mouth goes dry; there is a sense that the throat is tightening. A lot of us experienced this sensation in school on exam days, when we looked at the test questions and realized we were fucked.

I'll give Ryan credit for one thing, this one time: He's astute enough to have realized, very early in the game, that he was going to get his ass kicked.

And he did.

Look for any indication that the speaker has a dry mouth, a common side effect of lying. This can include lip licking, frequent swallowing or repetitious small sips of a beverage.

I was watching the body language and resisting the urge to throw a large object at the TV.

Between them, Rmoney and Ryan don't share an ounce of integrity or compassion.

I have to reiterate that I am a peaceable person, but I so wanted to pie that smug jerk right in the puss. Mr."I got mine (SS benefits) but you're on your own".

Oh, puke.

Friends of mine died because of creatures like him. Not that it bothers him any.
