is the startle response or to freeze. What we saw
was not an accident. Even though it seemed like a psychotic episode or a Jekyll and Hyde movie that was happening in real life, Obama was set up.
"Hey, it was just a joke." Right. At the expense of the sub-humans in the 47%.. (A swell practical joke--at the expense of the American democratic process.) "After all, those aren't real "people," are they? I mean, they're not corporations... like us."
Obama was stressed. He had to be wrung out.
He couldn't do the normal thing. If you meet crazy behavior, survival instinct tells you turn
and walk the other way. Mitt probably laughed his ass off. In the end, it's one more ill-conceived,
lame-brained scheme that'll backfire. Romney's
most prominent feature is his lack of any kind of filter. Mitt's so wooden, he's probably got full insurance coverage against woodpecker attack.
(Didn't Romneycare cover that?)
The Jekyll and Hyde act isn't really scary because Romney may win (disregarding what's v. likely, i.e., a rigged count). It's frightening because it makes us realize our Presesential selection system has no way to keep anyone this deranged from running for the Presidency.
