1. Ted wants Obama to lose bad

Suffer through reading his "anti american manifesto" where he believes that non violence is evil and that only a violent civil war that destroys America ala the old Soviet Union can save us, glossing over the fact revolutions often fail; he blithely says "There may be Stalinist purges" then says it will be worth it. This is also the same genius that wants the internet destroyed because he says it ruined his pay.

Rall stood up to Bush and War Inc when few others were brave enough to mutter squat.

Read it,and tellme whether or not Ted is evil. Anyone that is willing to have Stalinist purges is not a good guy.

7. No. However, I did read an essay Rall wrote on the subject. He did not endorse mass murder.

Here's what he said:

"Revolution doesn’t happen within the system. Revolution is the act of destroying the system.”

From what I can tell: By pointing out where we are, where we're coming from and where we're heading, Rall is trying to prevent the complete collapse of civilization and all that entails.

Rall here provides detail, via internet radio, in his own words:

I don't know Rall personally, but I have followed his career for more than 25 years. Few commentators are as brave or as honest as he.

PS: Sorry I mis-posted this onto my own, earlier reply.

read the book. I was annoyed with Rall beforehand, but after reading that book, he earned a place on my hate list.

He has moral and ethical standards and a sense of outrage and what he does is in the tradition of Sinclair, Stone, and other so-call muckrakers.
Called muckrakers by the stenos who work for the corporate media and pass along government and corporate handouts as news.
Rall makes some mistakes but usually gets it right when it counts.

Rall has a lot of detractors because he speaks his mind, and that's not always predictable. That tends to freak some people out. They want to know what they're about to read before they read it. Ted doesn't play that. Read first, then think about what just hit you.
