"But I always say what I mean and so does Romney"

I have many favorite moments from last nights debate but this exchange is the one that I keep thinking about. It happened when Biden mentioned the 47% remark, and Ryan went into the story about Romney's generosity, re Nixon family car accident. Ryan ended his remarks with an attempt at belittling Biden. It backfired.

RYAN: And with respect to that quote, I think the vice president very well knows that sometimes the words don't come out of your mouth the right way. (Laughter.)

VICE PRESIDENT BIDEN: But I always say what I mean.
MS. RADDATZ: You —

VICE PRESIDENT BIDEN: And so does Romney.
