As so artfully explained in this diary, Congressman Paul "Sippy" Ryan seems to have won the debate in terms of hyperhydration with his constant drinking of [presumably] water. Maybe it was some sort of vitamin-and-mineral-and-supplement concoction designed to improve his memory, calm his nerves, or sharpen his rhetorical skills.
