I knew it it would happen at some point...My Facebook rant

"I don't respond to ignorant comments posted on my wall but today I will take that time to do just that. I deleted those posts and those individuals from my Facebook page and from my life. It is one thing to have differing views but it is another to be vicious and and vile in your attacks. I know/have too many friends/family/acquaintances (some of whom were former officers laid off or fired) still search of employment. These were hardworking people living the American dream with families only to wake up to An American NIGHTMARE. Now they have been foreclosed on, bankrupted and some have even lost their wives and husbands to divorce. I understand that there are those that abuse our welfare system but the MAJORITY do not! About a couple of months ago I ran into a friend that worked for a very small police department he had views about "Those"people milking the system well now he's on that other side of the fence, working odd job, collecting unemployment and wondering where and when he'll find employment or better yet meet is mortgage payment. Why? He got laid off. His American dream became his living nightmare. I look at like this unless I have a couple of mil sitting in some account some place I'm a banana peel, a false accusation and a pink slip away form being in that unemployment line and joining the ranks of "THEM". And don't think for one minute that what you have can't be taken away! I thank GOD everyday for the blessing bestowed upon me and I pray for those in need. Never believe you're better than anybody! I'm thru ranting Have a blessed day !"

Just sick and tired of how we treat our poor and underserved in this country. We will start foaming at the mouth when a dog/animal is mistreated (rightfully so) but when our fathers, mothers, children are neglected we act like "Oh well so is life".. This is not acceptable! I'm thru venting
