Paul Ryan’s Water Drinking Exposes His Untruthfulness

Media training expert Bill McGowan:

“Whenever Ryan was really pressed on something very aggressively by Biden, he reached for the glass,” McGowan said. “If you were playing poker, that would sort of be the tell.”

The term “tell” refers to the unconscious signal that could give away a poker player’s bluff. So, McGowan was suggesting that Ryan was, in fact, being mendacious and his water drinking was a giveaway.

He has his poker face which is that stupid smile with his eyebrows going up in the middle with that "I'm so innocent, I couldn't hurt a fly" look and when it starts to sag to show how he's really feeling he takes a sip of water to hide it.

every ten seconds, the media would have tested the glass and pitcher thirteen times to sunday already and had oily taint demanding he resign for being under the influence.
