We have choices where we spend our money.

If I can't get it there, I'll hold my nose and go to Walmart, or order from some online source. We don't have a locally-owned store that sells computer supplies here. I had been buying my printer ink from Staples, but no more. They have nothing there that I can't get elsewhere.

The owner of the one I go to is very good at what he does and has saved me tons of money. Yesterday he advised against spending about $220 on my computer that another so-called expert had told me I needed. He told me exactly what to do and how to do it and did not charge me a penny.

Some of those big name places are just ripping us off.

There is a lot of things they don't have. Most of the people here are the big box store/chain restaurant types, so that's what we are stuck with. I am trying to get out. I hope I'll wind up somewhere better soon.
