Today’s moment of Internet-based tomfoolery comes to you courtesy of the usual suspects and witty goofballs at FARK.com…and what started out as a joke has turned into a project designed to benefit several great causes (and annoy uptight right-wingers). The Onion has frequently featured a Bizarro World version of Joe Biden in several popular satirical articles and features (including a Twitter alter ego), and the antics of this blue collar jorts-clad Joe Six-Pack (of O’Doul’s) have tickled Internet denizens’ funny bones. Progressive-leaning FARKers, after exchanging high fives over Biden’s cheery verbal evisceration of Paul Ryan (R-Redneckistan) at the Veepstakes debate, engaged in some wacky hijinks and played Let’s Pretend, imagining how epic it might be to give Biden his own Trans Am for real. Let’s Pretend quickly transmogrified into Make It So, and now you, too, can contribute to the Trans Am For Joe fund. It’s a BFD!

Now, Uncle Joe won't be able to accept this behemoth of steely American grace and power. He has these pesky laws and regulations and political-y things to deal with. Take into consideration his magnanimity and power of personality, he probably wouldn't be able to drive the Trans AM without causing a mass outpouring of Conservative Tears.

That being said, the internet will still purchase the car and auction it off for charity. All proceeds will be distributed to the Biden Breast Health Initiative, Doctors Without Borders, the Wounded Warrior Project and GLAAD.
