What would You ask the President?

I just got an email from President Obama, inviting me to participate in a phone call Wednesday night.

I might have an opportunity to ask a question...

I cannot think properly right now...

Perhaps all of you can help...

How about it?

The only ones that wanted it were the lobbyists of big corporations
Also why is NAFTA still in place?

You said it needed to be changed the first time you ran for POTUS.

Nothing has changed and jobs continue to be shipped to Mexico.

radical regressive Republicans take America hostage and steer public policy. We need jobs by giving aid to states to hire teachers, policemen, firefighters, emergency responders. We need to invest into America's infrastructure to modernize it for the 21st century.

We don't need austerity measures. We don't need less spending by government on goods and services, we need more it. We also need to heavily and wisely invest into America during this time of need.

While Obama may share my sentiments, Republicans have taken America hostage and implemented austerity measures that has unnecessarily caused high employment and suffering for millions. Yet, they turn around and complain that the economic has been weak and pitiful.

If government jobs have kept up with the increases during the Bush years, we are looking at an increase of 1.4 to 1.7 millions of people unemployed, minus any multiplier effect. We are looking at an unemployment rate under 7%.

So, my question is: Why have a minority party of radical regressive Republican been able to hijack America and get their policies passed while you struggle passing your policies?

You have now come out in favor of "gay" marriage, what are your plans with regards to DOMA? What other plans do you have to help secure the equal rights of GLBT Americans?

Two questions, I know, but both quite important to me.
