Anyone remember the Dukakis Tank photo from 1988

Dukakis was actually doing pretty well in the polls after the convention and looked like he would be able to defeat George HW Bush in the general election. But that photo came out mid-September and well, it was a serious hurt against the Dukakis campaign. Dukakis was criticized for staging a photo-op and that he looked like a little kid playing army (although mind you Dukakis did serve and spent 2 years although his service came between Korea and Vietnam).

Bush campaign jumped on this photo for it's staged, faked look and it was the start of a massive slide from being ahead in the polls to ultimately being thumped by Bush Sr in the general election (Dukakis only got 111 electoral votes from 10 states + DC).

But honestly, that picture can't even come close to the amount of 'Faked Stage Op' that was done by Paul Ryan this past weekend. It offends me to the core that Ryan and the Romney campaign thought they could stage empathy in an empty Soup Kitchen where all the dishes were already cleaned. To me that staged photo is beyond offensive and shows that the Romney-Ryan ticket cares so little for this '47%' that Ryan can't even bother to wash a dirty dish surrounded by the people who run this soup kitchen.

I'm glad that this photo is being picked up by the mainstream media and I expect it to be headlined on the News Channels tonight.

I'd love to see him just fall off the face of the earth except the occasional guest star on reality shows like Celebrity Apprentice

The entire MSM obeys only two rules:

1) IOKIYAR
2) If you're not a rich white repig, we'll cut you to ribbons. If you are a rich white repig, see rule #1.
