Could someone please..

direct me to a good link/site for the affordable care act/Obamacare. It's enrollment time, and I thought, and lord knows I could be wrong, I remember reading/hearing that your premium couldn't exceed a certain percentage amount of your income.

Someone my husband works with asked me about that. They thought they'd heard it too. Apparently I'm supposed to be all knowing on all things Obama.

I'm going through tons of papers on a shit load of new plans and I could use a little help here. A link would be great.
