to put you on THEIR do-not-call list, and to not share your information with any third party. You won't hear from them again.

3. It's the largest database of gullible people ever created. There are no restrictions on selling it.

Welcome to the 21st century. The entire thing is a scam to make money. Read the fine print - you have to re-up yearly and if you miss by one day you're on the sell list. It's a scam and has been all along. When calls come in with "Private Caller" or "Unknown Name" - ignore them. They're junk. Anything that comes in with "800-000-0000" is also junk (and I get those a lot - mostly rMoney carpet bombing).

one of these days I am going to make it my life's mission to track down Rachel from card Member services and beat her to death with a telephone.

Rachel is on my hit list too.... and all her little robo-buddies. She is relentless. The thing I don't get about her is that even if you stay on the line, there is no pitch. She calls just because she can with no purpose but to annoy her victims, or that has been my experience.

but there's ALWAYS a catch...

Didn't buy into this "No Call List" scam, & glad I didn't.

People need to know we do NOT have consumer protection in this country. Look how the FDA's hands were tied allowing this MA pharmaceuticals manufacturing DISASTER.

We also do not adequately inspect imported goods.

I could go on and on. This is the result of a "buyer beware" mentality. We pigs at the end of the pipe should NOT have to inspect and do research on every thing we buy or what is eaten or injected into our body.

Wide open for such scams in this country.
