you could see him drooling talking about small businesses, he eats them for breakfast and late-night snacks.

He raised FEES as governor. It's the sneaky way to raise taxes and it slaughters small business people. My favorite was the fee for running an air conditioner. (That was in NYC. Same sneaky deal.)
