We always called it "junkie food" back home instead of just junk food.

However, as long as there are Lunchables, there will be software development. And nothing packs in the calories like a cardboard Pop Tart, something else that will survive the current Great Extinction and fuel the cockroach takeover of the planet.

I don't even know what Twinkies taste like. I'm no paragon of virtue, I just think that if it's not chocolate, it's not worth the calories.

In its filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Hostess listed about $860 million in debt. The company's biggest unsecured creditor is the Bakery & Confectionary Union & Industry International Pension Fund, which it owes about $944.2 million.
