Is it just me or does it seem Romney has a whine in his voice?

He's also stuttering and keeps falling back on attack talking points.

Obama is having a conversation AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

He also got pissed that Obama talked down to him.

The Right Wing has been so comfortable belittling Obama that Romney was shocked to see Obama show strength.
