On the coming total, epic Failure of Mitch McConnell and his pledge to make Obama a One-Term President?
I have been thinking about this for a while, and wanted input. Specifically, on why it didn't happen, how it will look to the General Public (not just the General Electorate) and how, ultimately, that failure will be so epic in scope that it ends up hamstringing the GOP into a regional party for a political generation. I REALLY want us to see if we can write this, and fire off copies to every major op-ed column in the country, so ALL can be exposed to it. On behalf of US, The We of this community that has given all of us so much hope and faith in each other, and in our fellow Humans and Americans, that we can still have our voice heard, can still make a difference.
Mitch McConnell was the last straw. He is now the face of Obstruction for the GOP, the living REASON why nothing can get done. I want him humiliated for it. I want him on every Sunday show defending himself against US, and I want to see this most EPIC of political failures splattered across every television in the country. I want the entirety of WE THE PEOPLE to KNOW how badly he miscalculated, and I want them to know WHY IT HAPPENED (mostly because he is a pandering, self-serving asshole who doesn't care one WHIT what happens to the Little People.
Tell me if it's possible, and, if so, help me make it real by contributing a short paragraph or two, and lets find an English Major among us who can edit and compile, get cohesion, and lets make Yertle the Turtle EAT those words. Publicly. On National television.
He deserves nothing less from us.

I will leave it to those that are far more eloquent than myself.

You could collect ideas and opinions from a few posts and merge them together into an op ed.
