Last night on MSNBC a panel of undecideds had one commit to Romney and one commit to Obama. During the discussion a woman actually said that Romney would be better for women.
A couple of them said that Romney would be better for the economy.
Ignorance is not attractive. If you don't know the facts, just keep your mouth shut.

(25,171 posts)I couldn't believe what I was hearing! One referred to him as a "business man" and thought he'd be better at getting the economy to recover quicker. I was yelling at the teevee!
Idiots.

A business man who made millions and millions by closing down businesses is better for the economy?

These women needed to be reminded by Chris Matthews that Romney won't come out in favor of equal pay. After which they claimed to be undecided again...

(3,182 posts)I swear! It's Democrats shooting themselves in the foot, over and over and over that makes election time so stressful!
Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

(6,160 posts)ramblings of people who claim to be undecided voters on a site that was established solely for discussing what takes place in the media and politics? I don't think so.
I tell you what .... if any of that group wants to come here and have a discussion, they are welcome. They would learn a lot and then they might have the capacity to actually discuss the candidates on a factual basis rather than inane mumblings that make no sense.

(20,631 posts)When a couple of the undecided women were questioned about Romney's unwillingness to express support for the idea of equal pay for women, they looked like deer in the headlights, and gave ridiculously incoherent responses to the reporter. I would have been totally ashamed of myself if I appeared on camera as ignorant as that.

(2,787 posts)Instead they are just gaming people who work in politics to draw attention to themselves. That one guy said he always votes republican expect in 08, and now will vote for Romney. Probably can't be proven, but if I had to bet my money would say he actually voted for McCain in 08.

(31,011 posts)She has a full time job and is raising 3 boys. She has a full schedule and has little time to follow politics or the news. She reads headlines and on occasion will skim the first one or two paragraphs if she has time to sit and read. I try to send her what I think will be important to her.
She is going to vote Obama. Her reasoning is that she doesn't know enough about Romney and that things are better after 4 years of Obama. Politics are not much on her radar and she is not that engaged on it.
