. . . . . I'm thinking their run has to be almost over. To be sure, they'll stay on the air and keep on doing what they do, but I don't think their influence is as great as it was and I think it will continue to decline until they have "influence" roughly equal to the combined number of people who are willfully ignorant, haters and racists, and so monumentally intellectually lazy their membership in the gene pool is probationary.

There was a time when anything the repubicans wanted to get into the national consciousness just needed to be launched by Fox and Friends. I don't think that can happen any more, at least not so it influences anything more than their hard core viewers.

To be sure, the media still sucks - including MSNBC. But the intertubes have leveled the playing field.

Witness, as but on recent example, "Binders full of women." That is out there far more widely than what Fox can do. I bet we see people on Halloween dressing as Women In Binders.

Biden's several callouts to Grover Norquist is another indication that Fox Nooz is being drowned out by reality.

I am hopeful.
