The date was listed as Nov. 6 in English, but Nov. 8 in Spanish.

I doubt that one Spanish speaking voter in 100,000 would have any trouble seeing the discrepancy

It's one thing if they spelled out the words "six" and "ocho" that mistake MIGHT be more believable

Can anyone go to jail for this? Maybe a resident can file suit denying civil rights?

not much more believable, but you could see someone make that mistake.
Mistaking the numerals 6 and 8 is impossible to believe and explain away, sorry Maricopa County Elections folks.
