Terrified ISN'T too strong a word if it's the accurate one, the first one that comes to mind, as it obviously did. I don't believe that if Romney just felt "butterflies" his son would have said he was "terrified."
And FWIW, I thought he seemed terrified at times last night.

Keeping track of your distortions and trying not to make a fool of...wait...we can skip to the end. 
and then, since he didn't get to screen the audience, he doesn't know which Mitt is the Mitt he should be. Should he be "pro-choice Mitt" or "overturn Roe v Wade Mitt?" Should he be "Ryan budget Mitt" or "Moderate Mitt?" Should he be "drive out the illegals Mitt" or "pro-Dream act Mitt?" Should he be "47% Mitt" or "100% Mitt?"
And why is the black chauffeur next to me on the stage and why keep does he keep talking? Why are the audience and Candy asking the chauffeur questions instead of me?
And why isn't Annie smiling? She's staring at the chauffeur. She's obviously angry at the chauffeur. The impudence of that chauffer. But I need her to smile at me so I'll know I'm on. Wait, she's looking at her hands. I can't tell how I'm doing...her face is *in* her hands now.
It's so hard. Stop it people. Stop it. This is hard.
