One of the reasons many women are presently unemployed...

...is that there are many Republican Governors that have cut back on public service jobs in their states, including teachers and state workers. Women make up a majority of people that have lost their jobs under these Republican Governors.

The loss of public service jobs is another reason the unemployment rate is as high as it is at present. Women need to know who is on their side and who is not. The Republican Governors are certainly not.
