Exactly where in Mitt Romney's plan does one make it out as a mature, self-determined American?

He tells people to ask their mommys and daddys for money and he expects them to obey when their bosses tell them how to vote.

I don't think Romney can relate to ordinary people. Not when he thinks of them as children.
