LEAKEY, Texas -
A non-denominational church in Leakey, Texas, is raising some eyebrows for it's politically charged message.
The marquee sign in front of Church In The Valley reads, "Vote for the Mormon, not the Muslim! The capitalist, not the communist!" President Barack Obama is not a Muslim.
Members of the congregation gathered for worship services Wednesday evening but said Ray Miller, the pastor of the church, was out of town on a fishing trip and unavailable to comment about the message on the sign.

Yeah, sure - out of town on a fishing trip and unavailable to comment. What a chicken shit!

(15,220 posts)I'm from San Antonio and actually grew up very near Leakey. Man, times have changed.
I don't mean that there haven't always been hatemongering people like this in this area, but they used to at least, be proud enough of their hatemongering that they would stand behind it. That's what "real men" used to do.
This chicken shit, nor none of his parishioners would go on camera and publicly explain why they put this nasty sign up. If they are so darn proud of it, why are they hiding?
