He's voted at this same address for 10 years.
Better be safe and check if you are okay.
Final day to register is Monday so do it before then, please.

Registered voters in CA have received the Sample Ballot & the Voter Information Guide by mail

he bought a new car...
the dealer went to the DMV for him.
Election office said maybe they registered the car in a different county (too avoid long lines).

Any registered voter who has NOT received those two mailings DEFINITELY should contact the SoS office:

which is why I followed up for him
btw, vote by mail is not receiving a sample ballot
so vote by mail people won't know until possibly too late
