Looking up pausetime.com shows it is owner by Anthony Moro, a web designer for Discovery Communications in Chicago.

And apparently they have a history of internet pranks.
Too bad, I wanted to see those tax returns. By the way Mitt, WHERE ARE YOUR TAX RETURNS?

Don't Agree. The site is hosted by GoDaddy. They host multiple sites on the same IP address.

If you lookup the URL name and find the ip address of the site, you can trace it to see that it is associated with the other site. You get the owners' name when you look that one up.
Besides, one of the guys involved admitted being involved already.

Each site hosted by godaddy does not it is own IP address unless you pay extra
