S.E. Cupp doesn't understand how the separate branches of government work.

I just listened to an unbelievable exchange on The Cycle. It seems that this woman is unaware of how the judicial system works, how The Supreme Court works, and how cases are brought before the court and that they have the power to overturn Roe v. Wade. She gave the impression that the power to overturn a Supreme Court decision rests with the executive branch.

what this airhead does not know about politics and government. Why is someone with a B.F.A. and a Master's in theology on a political discussion show? Is there no one out there with a poli-sci or history background that could fill her spot?

She's as intellectually weightless - in terms of politics at least - as Princess Dumbass of the Northwoods.

Remember when George W. Bush said:
"The legislature's job is to write law. It's the executive branch's job to interpret law."
or
“You see, the Senate wants to take away some of the powers of the administrative branch.”
or
“I am mindful of the difference between the executive branch and the legislative branch. I assured all four of these leaders that I know the difference, and that difference is they pass the laws and I execute them.”
?

are rarely going to suddenly understand it, to paraphrase Upton Sinclair.

She's not unintelligent - she has degrees from Ivy League institutions. She just knows where her bread is buttered and prefers to lie about things for money and fame.
