but this year has been a horror show. Record rains last year and record fires this year. The dust storm, of course, stirs primal memories. Hope the storm ends by sunset and that all my people are safe in Oklahoma.

Things tend to get sandblasted when the wind picks up around here, but at least we don't have to deal with choking on fine dust filling our lungs and homes.

And yes, it gets in everywhere.
