Watching a pretty good movie about downsizing of jobs, egos and expectations....

The movie is called The Company Men and has an all star, in my opinion, cast.

Tommy Lee Jones, Ben Afleck, Chris Cooper, Kevin Costner, Maria Bello (an actress I just came aware of) and Craig T. Nelson.

It's a great look at the affects of downsizing at the corporate level. I know, these prima donas have had is so easy, but so many of them have never had to face defeat so hard. Remember, these guys had the best girls, the best jobs, the greatest golf courses...

Anyway, these guys are now in the same place that millions of blue collar workers were back in the 70's and 80's when the jobs started to head east and south. You know, the guys who recommended that the companies bottom line and it's stock level, because so many of them got paid in stock options, would be greatly enhanced if the blue collar workers were downsized.

It's hard to watch, you can see the pain they are going through.

Really suffering. Few if any jobs for people who had steady employment in small parts a few years ago. It's been tough for actors.
