Do people in Swing States turn out more?

I would assume yes.

Obvious follow-up question: Do swing state polls have a higher percentage of voters making it through likely voter screens than national polls?

better for Democrats. High turnout doesn't favor us if the higher turnout is all among Republicans, but an evenly distributed higher turnout helps us.
