PS... not making light of the Benghazi attacks or the shooting in WI but come on, you know RMoney wants to make himself part of this story.

Don't get me wrong, I love President Obama, but he doesn't exactly press the issue on guns at all.

. . . just works against the President's interests and efforts; almost made worst by his overt involvement. It's really a congressional failure which is more exploited than actually served by involving Barack Obama; especially in this election season. It's not as if he's some obstacle to progress, though, even as he struggles to take a responsible lead on the issue of guns.

You can't legislate away every negative situation. At least not and still remain a free society. Sorry, but that is a reality some progressives have to come to grips with.
