(8,492 posts)...if the families of the deceased have been notified of the attempt to steal their loved ones identity. If not, they should be...and then file civil suits. Not sure if it would work, but it would be fun as hell!

(9,118 posts)The Nashua Patch says that at least some of James O'Keefe's activity crosses the line into criminal offenses that can be prosecuted.
O'Keefe seems to be a classic case of IOKALAYAR behavior that has let him get away with the sorts of stuff progressives would get prison time for. I am sick and tired of seeing him get away with it. I dearly hope that the New Hampshire authorities do their duties by the citizen-voters of New Hampshire and prosecute him.

(34,136 posts)Even if he did not leave the state to get involved in this NH voter fraud, just being a primary in the endeavor should violate his probation if he is still serving it.
O'Keefe should be in prison - he is operating a criminal operation.
