Rachel Maddow Just said Romney DIDN'T Pass the Commander-In-Chief Test

Said we knew he was a foreign policy lightweight coming into the debate, it looked like he crammed for a week and he still couldn't get basic facts right.

She's not posturing on this. She thinks - just as I do - that he is dangerously unqualified and unable.

is Romney's true admission he fails on foreign policy vs. Obama.

Also said he took the bait on the auto-bailout issue and lost big time on that point. Will cement Ohio for Obama.
