BIG battle in NC. If Dems win big in Mecklenburg County (Charlotte) then we can pull through

not just Obama, but, the governor seat for progressive Dem Walter Dalton, and a couple congressional seats.

Meck County is GOP candidate Pat McCrory's home county, so breaking him here with our GOTV efforts will make all the difference in the world. Meck has been a Dem county since 2004 election, but, it is crucial to McCrory.

Please consider sending even a small donation today to this county's Dem party efforts. They are working nonstop and are the key to keeping NC blue. You can even ask for a souvenir shirt/button from Dem convention ; ).

I would love love love NC to go to Obama, but the reality is, mobilizing the Obama voters who are also straight ticket voters could net Dalton as Governor and Jennifer Roberts could pick up a House seat. Even if we lose the EC votes, we can gain so much in other races. And we are making the Romney and the GOP stay in NC and fight as opposed to pulling their troops and deploying them to OH or PA where they would really rather be right now. So suck it GOP, Mecklenburg is Fired Up!

GOP head fake tried to depress voter turnout and dry up donations. Please help us continue to get out our vote in Meck County.

I really think NC will pull through...the ground game is
phenonemal...I get a lot of tweets from the campaign
and our new registrations/same day voting are out of sight..
They are focusing on our major colleges big time! The
new registration for the repubs are really low
compared with ours..

I voted last week..we vote for the Presidential nominees separately
from the rest of the ballot...It has always been done that way.
There is sinage all over the polls explaining that you
vote for the president first then can vote a straight
ticket or candidate of choice.

I'll never forget his unwavering support of everything Bush did. I am shocked that media lets him get away with it - as they do Romney.
