Our neighbor is fighting to get unemployment from a company that fired her. When she went to the hearing the company produce a letter written by a co-worker against our neighbor BUT they refused to let her see it nor did the judge or whoever it was listening to the case.
Today she talked to the person who "wrote" the letter against her and she swears she doesn't know of any letter and is willing to write a letter affirming that.
Did our neighbor have the right to see that "evidence" against her and can she use it to contest the judgment?
PA is the state. Any Labor laws that would address this?
