Gallup wants us to believe Obama's approval ratings swung -4% in one day

http://www.gallup.com/home.aspx

Obama Approval
46% -2
Obama Disapproval
49% +2

They can't be serious... To me, they're in the Gravis category at this point, their numbers are so fictional that George Gallup must be rolling over in his grave. Even if something did happen to cause Obama to have such a negative swing in approval rating, it would affect the Presidential race, and those numbers are unchanged from yesterday. I'm not buying anything they are selling. This year, they have managed to completely ruin their reputation.

Mourdoch incident happens. Prior to Mourdoch, Obama approval 53-42. After Mourdoch, Obama aproval 46-49

So, after Mourdoch approval and Romney's blessings, Obama loses approval BIG TIME.

Either the country is in serious trouble with morality or Gallup is really really screwed up, or CNN really wants Romney to win.

I am disgusted. GOTV!!!

according to RCP, Romney is more favorable than Obama though. I don't get it.

their method so close to the election, they introduced the possibility for all kinds of unknown problems popping up. They decided arbitrarily to adjust approval to match toplines, clearly, rather than matching the toplines to to approval, possibly because they are pure fraud, possibly because they panicked. The problem is, as long as Gallup shows this, if they try to steal it, the right can ignore all other polls and go, "but Gallup and Rasmussen,." Now I have been on the phone daily with Gallup, making them understand there may be legal fallout from fraud, but they are smug and unaccountable. I can quote directly from Sarah in polling I think, that she said, "our polls show what they are supposed to." There is not another explanation but incompetence or fraud, as other trackers have POTUS approval steady or rising. You just don't go from 53-46 absent a news event. That girl is a JO btw.

the media would be all over how "skewed" they are and how no one trusts them. When they're favorable to Romney, they're correct. When they are favorable to Obama, they are skewed and bought and paid for. Can't wait for this election to be over now.

They will have to shift at some point, if they want to keep credibility.
