They love, love, LOVE coming out to gloat over a "win" and they vote even harder when they think they've got 'the libruls' on the ropes

(Assuming this memo is legitimate)

could actually be testing the wind (trying to be optimistic) and will end up with a less onerous ruling.

Still it’s going to be bad and hurt people, but MAYBE less bad. Then again, response right now should be “Not acceptable.” State government becomes even more important.

It's the way it's worded.

They could have just been "pro-life", for the same reason they have supported some Covid rules.

This is demented, sick and sadistic writing.

This is a wake up call n I don’t think it’s being too much to say that this is not a scare stunt. Exactly the right issue for the midterm n it’s not gonna be pretty. A long hot summer, maybe.

Which party it benefits. It's how is benefits or hurts women. And their financial status is very important.

Look, I love u DU guys and know you are sincere but you are just not built to understand this issue.
Especially not as a voting issue. Thiis is a fucking, class one, basic human right. A HUMAN RIGHT.

The right to reproductive justice is a human right. Unfortunately, it has been clear for my entire life ( I'm past my middle sixties) that too many people don't consider women to be human beings.

Does it make a sound? Republican traitors have not been held accountable for trying to overthrow our government. We've allowed them to continue as if nothing happened. They're silencing our votes all over the country and still nothing has been done. They've forcefully installed gop goons onto the Supreme Court. Everything that has happened over the five past five years should make rethugs toxic as fuck, and yet all the media has been talking about for the past few weeks is how they're going to win big in the fall. There's a disconnect here. The "sit back and watch them destroy each other" approach only makes Democrats look complicit. Don't shoot the messenger.

in comment sections they are already saying "calm down, this only throws it back to the state", "ruling just says abortion isnt in constitution"

ignoring that 26 states already have laws ready to end abortion.

they won't want women focusing on this, particularly that they are going for no exception for rape, incest or life of mother
