Ask your "friend": if he's so concerned about these people, what are their names? And has the GOP House continually blocked requests for increased funding for the additional embassy security that may have saved them?

Sean Smith, was an Information Management Officer with the United States Foreign Service who was killed during the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya
