Collecting canned food is one thing, but TOUCHING it? Hell no.

Unless Governor Romney just got his nails done I have to assume this is a mechanical malfunction.

water off the ground were laughable. Unless, you know, he has a bad back or something we were never told about. In which case he shouldn't be picking things up off the ground like that.

Edited to add: Or the bottom is wet from being on the ground and he's freaking out about having to actually touch soil.
