Just got back from hearing Clinton speak in Iowa

He sure can deliver a speech. He really nailed Romney to the wall on his economic agenda. Some of my favorite points:

"Romney says he has a plan to add 12 million jobs to the economy. When asked for details he says, 'Ask me about that after the election.' "

Although he didn't blast Romney for saying "Government doesn't create jobs!" and then claiming his government will create jobs, he did say this interesting tidbit:

"There was a study done on the current policies that have been implemented, and they concluded that as long as nothing changed those policies, the economy would add 12 million jobs over the next four years."

He said that this study was released a few days before Romney started making that claim.

Quite interesting. Good show and I was able to shake his hand. I did fear for my life briefly when a tough-as-nails security gal walked by with an air of "Try anything and I'll rip your arm off and violate you with it" while I was waiting at the rope.

and the crowd was into it. It was held at our local community college. One guy around me said, "I'm going to hang this [obama sign] on my roomie's bed. He's a hardcore republican." I laughed.

temporary-hires for each job, paying < $10. @hr, and held to less than 40 hrs pr week in order to avoid having to offer benefits.
