for Hurricane Gustav (3 years post Katrina)
we had all cars fueled up
and ten 5-gallon cans of gas in the carport
many days before the storm hit
and a generator for the freezer
I guess if you don't think this is going to happen, you don't do that
but it's second nature down here...
plus, of course, fill up the bathtub
and fill the freeze with bottles of water
so sorry for those folks
it's not the storm
it's the aftermath
