A recent election in West Palm Beach, Florida was overturned by officials there after they double checked the results via hand counting. Officials found the computer had flipped the election.

So, it happens. It is not a conspiracy theory that the computer counts can totally alter the results.

All that is needed is for the count to be double checked. But the truth is very, very few of the results even get a second look. If Obama loses, you can bet there will be many of us demanding a second look.
