So, if God sent Sandy to punish the LGBT people

and Sandy is now being blamed for Romney's imminent defeat,

then I would like to be the first one to thank my LGBT brethren for defeating Mitt Romney. Thank you!

But what they really say is that God is punishing the whole country because of tolerance for gay people. Sort of like the massacre of the innocents, where herrod murders all of those children because of a rumor about a great king being born.
