that uses temp agency workers exclusively. temp workers (usually minorities, the under educated, and women, often working next to a co. employee recieving, good wages and full benefits) )in this area usually get paid half of what the co. pays the temp ageny. they are normally laid off or transferred before any type of benefits kic in. leaving most if not all without health benefits. i think these temp agencies are as close toslavery as share cropping is. wages enough to just cover life's essentials, this company's hiring policies mirror the repubs vision for america.no one gets ahead except the monied class.
