Zen

Take five deep breaths.
Stretch on your tippy-toes.
Do 20 situps.
Go for a fast walk.
Pet your cat, dog, iguana for five minutes.
Stock up on comfort food.
Lay on the floor streeeetch.
Light a really good smelling candle or, better yet, get some lovely smelling flowers.
Hot bath with some nice oil and some candles.

Some ways to stay calm. I'm doing whatever I have to do to calm this electric feeling that keeps flowing through my stomach and up my spine.

Supreme Court Justices, Romney, Obama, Ann, Ohio, suppression, Sandy, paper ballots, electronic voting, Deb Fischer, Mourdock, Desjarlais... breath breath breath.

Good luck in the next few days DU. You have no idea how glad I am that you are here. Now...breath, breath, breath...

And yes, I'm talking about the GOP.

Personally, I believe we're gonna be ok. They've already overextended their hand, overplayed their advantages to an insane degree.

Oh, and if you REALLY want to feel better about stuff generally, go see Cloud Atlas! AMAZING film!
