Please... ahhhh... wood knocking time. He meant to say it won't be close in the electoral college, specifically that Obama will be the one AHEAD over Romney. (without this clarification the wingnuts could easily interpret Matthews' quote and assume he meant Romney will win in a landslide!)

Again, knock on wood everyone to make up for this latest Biden "gaffe" lol. I mean really, let's just wait for the votes to be counted PROPERLY before we can start to relax.
