Orange jumpsuits and all. The prisoner had a little dolly full of unopened ballots, provisional and regular, with the cellophane around them and he was standing on the sidewalk alone in front of the sheriff's office. I called the Board of Registrar's office to find out what was up, they said the Probate Judge handles that sort of thing. I called the Probate Judge to be told that they regularly have inmates move things for them. I told her ballots was a little more serious than boxes of copy paper. She assured me that the prisoners must be trustworthy and that someone knew they were standing alone out in the parking lot. Trustworthy prisoners, lol... This is Alabama folks. The center of red state hell.
Crossing my fingers and voting in the morning. It won't count for anything, but at least I will try.
