If Obama loses, who is going to make sure the birthers don't hurt themselves or others?

With Obama as President, we know where they're all at. They're safely tucked away reading WorldNutDaily and it's articles about Barack HUSSEIN Obama being the illegitimate son of a Martian who is force feeding us soyfoods and murdering the innocent influenza virus with his health care reforms.

So I'm concerned, if Obama is not President anymore, then what is stopping the birthers and their friends from running into traffic while screaming "SOCIALIST! SOCIALIST! SOCIALIST!"?
